Well, this record is a bit of a mystery. I obtained it from a gentleman in southern West Virginia. I was under the impression that the Laurrel Mountain Quartet were local to that area. That may indeed be the case, but all I can seem to locate is a 'Laurel Mountain' in the south eastern Pennsylvania area. I don't know....but the music speaks for itself. Straight forward bluegrass gospel...most likely from the early 1960's.
